The Ointment Plants we manufacture consists of wax phase or glycol phase, storage and manufacturing vessel. The storage vessels included in the plants are hemispherical pr cylindrical in design with a conical base. The vessel used during the water and wax phase are jacketed, insulated and fitted with a high speed stirrer. Vacuum condition are maintained inside the manufacturing vessel. The stirring of the products are done in a low speed with the help of anchor type contra rotary stirrer and a high speed homogeniser. The end products generated are processed wax and water/glycol that are then transferred to the manufacturing vessel. In the manufacturing vessel, the products undergo vacuum process after which these are transferred to the storage vessel with a pump. The standard capacity of the different vessels varied from 100 kgs to 1500 kgs.

As the liquid progresses through the filter plates and screens, the filter media, arrest the suspensions and allow the filter to flow in the shell of the main body of the filter. In some cases the process requires the recovery of the cake. The same can be collected from the top of the filter media. The added features of this filter is that it can be back washed without dismantling the cartridge. In case the product is same, the filter aid required after back washing is only marginal. Since the top dome is free from any piping connection, the removal of filter cartridge is very easy.
